Mirelle accepts no more than 300 commissions each month so every brief receives individual attention. The estimated 7–14 day window begins when the non-refundable design deposit is received and the order is formally placed, provided client replies and approvals are timely. Rush orders are not accepted.

Private brief
Share the occasion, desired date, images, words and fit information through the private application.

Concierge dialogue
A dedicated concierge contacts you personally, follows a considered consultation script and confirms the creative direction.

Private estimate & deposit
After the direction is confirmed, Mirelle issues a private estimate. The order is formally placed and design begins only after the non-refundable design deposit is received.

Designer proposal
The designer develops an original proposal and sends it privately for your review.

Approval · two refinements
You may request up to two specific refinement rounds before approving the final design.

Making & final balance
The set is hand-finished and quality checked. The final balance must be completed before dispatch.

Delivery & private archive
Your work is presented in the selected Mirelle box. The estimated 7–14 day window runs from formal order and depends on timely client replies; rush orders are not accepted. The record remains in your private archive.

When does design begin?
After your brief and private estimate are confirmed, Mirelle issues a design-deposit link. The designer begins only after that non-refundable deposit is received; receipt formally places the order.
How many design changes are included?
Up to two focused refinement rounds are included before final design approval. Your private page shows how many rounds have been used.
How is the 7–14 day timing calculated?
It begins when the design deposit is received and the order is formally placed. The estimate assumes that measurements, replies and approvals are supplied promptly. Mirelle does not accept rush orders.
What if the finished set does not fit?
Contact client care promptly with your private reference and clear fit photographs. Once Mirelle verifies the fit issue, you keep the original set and we remake and send one replacement set. No monetary refund is issued, and the design deposit remains non-refundable.
Will handmade work look exactly like the proposal?
Very small hand-finished variations in brushwork or placement may occur, but the completed work should remain materially consistent with the design you approved.
Can I request a rush order?
No. Mirelle does not accept rush orders or guarantee dates that depend on shortened design, approval or making stages.

The first application asks only for your story, timing and visual direction. If Mirelle accepts the commission, your private page opens the fit studio: upload both hands beside a standard bank card, enter all ten measurements, or use a saved fit record.
